Cultural life is very active thanks to the artists who have adopted it as home, it is easy to find art galleries boutiques and restaurants along the main road that runs parallel with the beach. At the end of the street is the main square with the Parroquia de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción and a kiosk made with marine elements, from sand sculptures, starfish and turtles.
On the beach the sand is gray and golden, Here you can try a delicious ceviche from the region, a fresh lobster or oysters depending on the session.

It is very safe to swim in the area, since the waves of the sea are quite calm. There is also an  Estero at La Manzanilla, inscribed on the Ramsar list for being home to several species that need special protection.
We are located on the pacific coast in the tourist corridor know as cost alegre. La manzanilla is 45 minuets away from  Manzanillo International airport and three hours south of Puerto Vallarta.
